Painting en plein air
Park Abbey in Leuven has been an inspiring place for artists for centuries. In the 19th and 20th centuries, artists were already painting outdoors here. Now you have the opportunity to continue this tradition!
Join us to paint, draw, and watercolor 'en plein air' in the nature park! Everyone who enjoys painting, drawing, or watercoloring is welcome, regardless of experience. Come alone or with other artists!
When
- Saturday 5.07 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday 6.07 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
AttentionThe activity lasts two days, giving you plenty of time to finish your artwork.
Where
Find a beautiful spot on the grounds to set up your easel or sketchbook. The Friends of Park Abbey will provide coffee and tea.
If needed, you can store your materials safely overnight.
Practical
A contribution of €10 per weekend/person is required. This fee supports the nature and heritage initiatives of the Friends of Park Abbey. Payment can be made on-site to the Friends of Park Abbey.
