17:30 – 18:30 - Workshop: Buddhist Meditation by Karma Djinpa Tartchin

‘Ecstasy’ in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition can be seen as a meditative state of euphoric joy. This ecstasy can be reached through ceremonial actions and meditation. After a brief introduction, Karma Djinpa Tartchin will guide you through different meditation techniques.
