Park Abbey: how to get there

You can easily get to the abbey by bike, car, public transport or on foot.

On foot

Plan your walking route from Leuven centre or from the station. The shortest route takes about 30 minutes. Or use the city plan to map out your own route taking in other highlights in Leuven.

By bike

Create your own cycling route using the cycling nodes. Are you coming by public transport? Then you can rent a bicycle in Leuven itself.

By public transport

By car

Are you coming in your own car or using the car sharing network?

Park Abbey has a small unguarded car park with 80 spaces, located near the brasserie Abdijmolen. You can park there for four hours with a parking card.

  • Do you have a parking card for people with a disability? Then you can park in the reserved parking spaces
  • Are you coming with an electric car? Then you can charge at one of the four public charging points in the car park

Address: Abdij van Park 2, 3001 Leuven

If the Park Abbey car park is full, you can use the underground paid parking facility at the Philipssite (a three minute drive from Park Abbey).
From the car park, walk to the abbey via the Parkweg, cross the Parkwegbrug and then follow the Norbertijnerweg (five minute walk).
