At Park Abbey, we offer various spaces for rent, including meeting rooms, conference rooms, event halls, and outdoor locations. Each space has its own unique ambiance and facilities, making them suitable for a wide range of activities and occasions, such as lectures, presentations, walking dinners, as well as receptions, family events, and photoshoots. You can reserve a space by filling out the booking form. For further inquiries, you can reach us via email at event@abdijvanpark.be or by phone at +32 (0)16 27 44 80. Please note that reservations cannot be made by phone.
Rental prices vary depending on the space(s) you choose. Once you’ve completed the booking form, we’ll provide you with a detailed quote and get in touch with you as soon as possible.
The availability of audiovisual facilities depends on the chosen space. Some spaces are equipped with basic facilities such as projectors, (TV) screens, and sound systems. For specific technical requirements, we recommend contacting us in advance to discuss the possibilities.
Yes, you can view the spaces virtually at any time via this link(link is external). Additionally, it’s possible to schedule a physical tour to see the available spaces before making a decision. Contact us to plan a visit.
You can cancel your reservation up to two weeks before the event free of charge. After that, a cancellation fee will apply.
Yes, there are several parking options. Our site has 80 parking spaces. Please note that these cannot be exclusively reserved for events and are only for short-term parking (maximum 4 hours with a parking disc). For longer parking durations, we recommend the paid parking facilities at the Philipssite, which are a short walk from the abbey.

Yes, adaptations and decorations are generally allowed, depending on your specific plans. It is essential to preserve the integrity of the spaces and avoid causing damage. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Yes, the spaces are accessible for people with disabilities. On our accessibility page (www.abdijvanpark.be/accessibility), you can find more information about cobblestone paths, slopes, disabled parking spaces, and other facilities. Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all our rented spaces, except for the Tithe Barn.
Yes, photoshoots and film recordings can be organized at the abbey, provided prior approval is obtained. Additional costs and conditions may apply, depending on the nature of the project.
