Discover the power of meditation and the meaning of ecstasy within Tibetan Buddhism. Karma Djinpa Tartchin (Vajrayana Buddhism) will guide you in an accessible meditation session where you will learn various techniques to experience a state of ecstasy.

The session begins with a short introduction to meditation, followed by practical exercises. This beginner-friendly session is open to everyone—no prior experience is required.

After the meditation, you can visit the Ecstasy & Orewoet exhibition at Museum PARCUM to further explore the theme of ecstasy.

When

  • Sunday, 21.09.2025
  • The meditation workshop runs from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.. We start on time, so please arrive punctually to ensure an undisturbed session.
  • After the workshop, you can visit the museum, which is open until 5 p.m.

Where

  • The meditation session takes place at Museum PARCUM. If the weather is nice, the session will be held outdoors.
  • Upon arrival, please check in at the reception.

  • A ticket costs €12, which includes participation in the workshop and access to the museum.
  • Spots are limited, so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
