Buddhist meditation

Discover the power of meditation and the meaning of ecstasy within Tibetan Buddhism. Karma Djinpa Tartchin (Vajrayana Buddhism) will guide you in an accessible meditation session where you will learn various techniques to experience a state of ecstasy.

The session begins with a short introduction to meditation, followed by practical exercises. This beginner-friendly session is open to everyone—no prior experience is required.

Befor or after the meditation, you can visit the Ecstasy & Orewoet exhibition at Museum PARCUM to further explore the theme of ecstasy.

    • The meditation session will take place at Museum PARCUM.

    • A ticket costs 12€. With this you participate in the workshop and can visit the museum before or after the meditation, which is open from 10 am - 5 pm.
